Today, I took the TV9 Stormteam Weather Academy to Echo Hill Elementary in Marion.  My "cadets" were the 4th graders.  Prior to today, they had been learning about the water cycle, so I was asked to go over that again and answer any questions they had.  They seemed to know their stuff, so it was pretty much a review for them!  We also talked about high and low pressure, which involved a few experiments that they seemed to enjoy.  Before taking questions at the end, I reminded the students that severe weather season is right around the corner and that now is the time to practice what to do in the event of bad weather.

Thanks to Mrs. Russell for the invite!
