Richardson Talks Education, Energy

CEDAR RAPIDS - More than 50 supporters greeted Bill Richardson in Cedar Rapids Wednesday.

The Democratic presidential candidate's brief talk focused on education and renewable energies.

Richardson says there should be a shift from subsidizing carbon based energy to renewable ones.
