DES MOINES (AP) - Iowans will mark the July 4th holiday this week with picnics, parades and presidential candidates – and it all starts Monday.
On the Democratic side, Hillary Rodham Clinton will be in Des Moines this evening for a rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. She'll be joined by her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
Democrat Joe Biden is also in the state. He'll be in Iowa City Monday afternoon where he'll attend a house party, followed by a conversation with the gay community.
On the Republican side, Mitt Romney has stops in Jefferson, Carroll and Council Bluffs. Sam Brownback will be in Ames, Boone and State Center. Mike Huckabee is in Cedar Rapids, where he'll visit St. Luke's Hospital.
