JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa - The Iowa State Patrol said an Illinois man was driving too fast at a Johnson County interchange when he rolled his semi.
Antonio Iztacoyotl, 50, was driving southbound on Interstate 380 and taking an on-ramp to Interstate 380 about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday when his semi toppled across both lanes of eastbound I-80. Traffic had to be diverted into southbound Highway 218, which caused it to backup at the Melrose Avenue exit in Iowa City. The semi driver had minor injuries and is expected to survive. The semi had been carrying plastic pallets from Cedar Falls to Illinois.
