WATERLOO, Iowa -- The Clark Cup was on the line tonight in Waterloo in the fifth and deciding game between the Waterloo Blackhawks and the Indiana Ice.
The Blackhawks scored first in the first period on a Patrick Russell goal. Indiana tied the game, but then Waterloo regained the lead in the second period on a Zach Sandford goal off a nice assist from Jake Horton.
But the Ice rallied with two third-period goals. Waterloo lost a heart-breaker, 3-2. Indiana wins the Clark Cup finals by a score of three games to two.
