GLIDDEN, Iowa (AP) — Authorities are investigating the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in a western Iowa home.

The Department of Public Safety announced Monday that the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office received a call Sunday night about an unconscious person at a mobile home park in Glidden.

Officers found the bodies of an adult man and woman.

Autopsies are scheduled Tuesday at the Office of the State Medical Examiner in Ankeny.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

Glidden, a city of about 1,100 people, is eight miles east of Carroll.
