MARION — Police arrested three people Monday in connection with a burglary at Verizon Wireless last month.

On July 24, Marion Police responded to a report of a burglary at the carrier’s store in the 2200 block of Seventh Avenue. Officers determined cash and merchandise were missing.

Monday, police served a search warrant in the 2400 block of Eighth Avenue as part of the robbery investigation. There law enforcement found items related to the burglary, according to a news release.

Officers arrested 26-year-old Harley Plowman, 21-year-old George Tallman and 20-year-old Mikayla Tallman and authorities charged them for the burglary.

Online records indicate all three were still in custody at the Linn County Jail as of 9 p.m. Monday.
