Police: Car Stopped in Cedar Rapids a Mobile Meth Lab

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Hiawatha Police say a traffic stop led officers to discover a mobile meth lab Monday afternoon.

Officers pulled over a car in the parking lot of the Road Ranger in the 2300 block of Blairs Ferry Road NE, near the intersection with Interstate 380.

Police did not immediately say if there were any arrests in connection with the mobile meth lab.

Firefighters were on the scene as of 5 p.m. cleaning up the remains.
