MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) — The trial of a Mason City man charged in connection to a house fire has been pushed back to July.

The Mason City Globe Gazette says 57-year-old Roger Kuck’s trial was scheduled to begin Wednesday in Cerro Gordo County District Court. It’s now set to start on July 15.

Kuck is accused of starting a fire at a house across the street from his residence. The house was vacant.

Kuck is charged with second-degree arson, third-degree burglary and criminal trespass. He has pleaded not guilty.
