DUBUQUE, Iowa - Sheriff’s deputies say a man turned himself in to law enforcement at the Dubuque County Jail Wednesday in connection with an investigation into cameras found inside a Cascade bathroom.

The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office says the cameras were found on June 3rd inside a portable bathroom at a baseball field in Cascade.

In a release emailed Wednesday afternoon, Captain Bob Lynn said 48-year-old Donald Born, of Solon, is charged with two counts of trespass, one for each recording device. Deputies from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office searched Born’s home in the 900 block of Wood Lilly Road on June 10th and seized items capable of storing digital media.

Authorities say the items taken from Born’s home are still pending investigation.

Born posted a $300 bond after turning himself in and was released.
