DUBUQUE, Iowa - Sheriff’s deputies say a man turned himself in to law enforcement at the Dubuque County Jail Wednesday in connection with an investigation into cameras found inside a Cascade bathroom.
The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office says the cameras were found on June 3rd inside a portable bathroom at a baseball field in Cascade.
