FAIRFAX, Iowa — A 19-year-old Cedar Rapids woman is facing multiple charges following a 2-vehicle crash Saturday morning.

Mari Flores is charged with operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash, among other charges.

Linn County Sheriff's Deputies say she was driving a car that rear ended a truck pulling a trailer.

Investigators say it happened about 7:30 Saturday morning at Williams Boulevard and Dean Road, near Highway 30. They say Flores drove off after the crash, but went into the ditch at Highway 30.

Crews say a passenger in Flores' car suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
