Cab Driver Injured in Cedar Rapids Robbery

    CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Cedar Rapids police say a cab driver was injured following an armed robbery Sunday night.

    Police responded to the 100 block of 16th Street northeast before 11:30 p.m. When they arrived, police say the driver told them a woman used a weapon to rob the driver before leaving the scene.

    Officers arrested one suspect, 27-year-old Eugena Fisher. Police say Fisher is in the Linn County Jail and has been charged with First Degree Robbery. Police also describe the cab driverís injuries as minor.
