Dike-New Hartford Pulls Away From Aplington-Parkersburg

    Aplington-Parkersburg and Dike-New Hartford kicked off the high school football season tonight on KCRG 9.2.

    A-P took an early lead when Isaac Ubben took a handoff up the middle for a long touchdown. Dike-New Hartford answered on the next drive, when quarterback Connor McCleary rolled right and hit Connor Neuroth for a 28-yard score. The Wolverines then took the lead when Trent Johnson scored on the ground.

    McCleary and Johnson each scored touchdowns to seal the game for Dike-New Hartford, who won 27-7
