Cedar Rapids-Riley Galbraith of Cedar Rapids entered the State Tennis Open seeded 9th in the 16 and under division. He leaves the Champion.

Galbraith, who goes to Cedar Rapids Kennedy, wrapped up his run to the title by rallying to beat top seeded James McManus of Waterloo Friday morning at Memorial Courts.

Last year Galbraith won a state title in the 14 and under division.
