CEDAR FALLS - Former Cedar Rapids Kennedy kicker Tyler Sievertsen made 18 of his 20 field goals in 2011, and he's back at it for the Northern Iowa Panthers in 2012.

Last season, Sievertsen gained tons of recognition for his kicking, including being named to multiple All-America teams and being named one of the 10 best kickers in all of non-FBS football.

TV9's John Campbell caught up with Sievertsen, just a couple weeks before Northern Iowa starts off its season on the road at Wisconsin on Sept. 1.
