CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - When Fran McCaffery took over the Siena College basketball job all of the players except one either transferred or quit.
Tay Fisher was the only player who decided to stay and he is glad he did. Fisher, who now plays for the Harlem Globetrotters, remembers how McCaffery led them to the NCAA tournament three years later.
Fisher likes McCaffery's uptempo style on the court, and family first attitude off the court.
