Girls Basketball: West Branch Holds Off Regina

IOWA CITY, Iowa - In the first half of a boy/girl doubleheader, West Branch held off a late Iowa City Regina rally to win the game 47-44 and make a three-way tie at the top of the Cedar Valley Conference with Mid-Prairie.

In the boys half of the doubleheader, West Branch's Rylan Murray scored 39 of the Bears' 57 points in a 57-49 win over Regina.
