Boys Basketball: Ward's Late FTs Help Regina Edge Mid-Prairie

WELLMAN, Iowa - Iowa City Regina’s Mark Ward was fouled on a putback and converted the free throws to give the Regals (6-6, 5-3 Cedar Valley Conference) a 42-40 conference victory Tuesday night at Wellman.
Drew Cook scored a team-high 11 points and was one rebound shy of a double-double. Ward finished with eight points and six rebounds for Regina.
Dayton Hall led Mid-Prairie with a game-high 13 points.
