Battle of the Ranks, Coe Splits With Central

It was a battle between two conference foes, but also two nationally ranked foes on Sunday, Coe versus Central in a double-header.

The 13th ranked Kowhawks trailed most of game one, but tied it up in the bottom of the seventh from a solo home run by Danielle Schlotterbeck. Central (19) came back with two runs in the top of the tenth to win 5-3. Coe would come back to win game two 7-5.

The Kohawks travel to Cornell for a double-header on Tuesday.
