NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - Former Cedar Rapids Kernel Mike Trout keeps building the resume' at AA Little Rock.

Although he played for Cedar Rapids for only half a season last year, Trout was named the Midwest League Player of the year and eventually the Minor League Player of the year.

Through 12 games with the Travelers, Trout was hitting .304 with 4 homers.

He has also been reunited with his Kernel's skipper Bill Mosiello who was also promoted to Little Rock.
