Top Pick Grichuk Must Overcome Injury Bug
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Kernels rightfielder Randall Grichuk signed straight out of high school.
Grichuk was a fellow first-round pick of former teammate Mike Trout. Trout made his major league debut with the Los Angeles Angels earlier this summer. But Grichuk's journey through the minors has been stymied by injury after injury the last two seasons, delaying his trip to the big time. KCRG-TV9 Sports' John Campbell has more. |
