IOWA CITY, Iowa – Tailgating games are a popular past-time in Iowa parking lots, but Hawkeye fan Jamie Daubendiek took a childhood favorite to a whole new level.

During the Iowa vs. Michigan State tailgate on Saturday, Daubendiek showed-off his garage construction project: a giant game of Jenga.

"This whole day, people have been pretty mesmerized by it,” said Daubendiek. “It's a lot of fun.”

Daubendiek described the tedious process of making the game, which included cutting and sanding every piece. But his hard work certainly paid off as fellow tailgaters planned their puzzle strategies and admired his work.
