IOWA CITY - Former Iowa quarterback John Wienke is getting used to a position he hasn't played since high school - punter.

With James Vandenberg the solidified starting QB and with Jake Rudock looking like his backup, Wienke is transitioning to punting.

Wienke is in a competition with a few other inexperienced punters, too. TV9's John Campbell and Chelsi McDonald talked to Wienke at Iowa football media day.
