Decorah-A 13 inch snow followed by frigid temperatures is being embraced by cross country skiers in the Decorah area.

Marc and Jayme Folkedahl and Gunnar Schwarz hit the trails at Van Peenen Park every chance they get. All three say it is a great way to stay in shape for their other love, mountain biking.

Van Peenen Park has 4 miles of groomed trails that are good for beginners or intermediate skiers.
