SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) - Matt Kuchar (KU'-chur) remained the
leader when Round 2 of the PGA Championship was suspended by
darkness for the second straight day.
    Kuchar fired a 3-under-par 69 after completing his opening-round
67 this morning. His 8-under total leaves him one stroke ahead of
Nick Watney, who made up a stroke on Kuchar with a 68.
There was a seven-way tie for third when play was halted for the
final time today. Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Bryce Molder, Jason
Dufner and Zach Johnson were at minus-5, as were Seung Yul Noh and
Simon Kahn. All seven managed to complete their second rounds
    before play was stopped.
    Phil Mickelson shot a 3-under 69 for a 2-under total. Tiger
Woods was 1-under for the tournament after completing just six
    holes in his second round.
The start of today's play was held up for nearly three hours by
more fog off of Lake Michigan. The tourney opened with a fog delay
of more than three hours yesterday.
Today's delays will force 78 players to resume their second
    rounds tomorrow.
The tournament will continue without John Daly, who will
withdraw with a shoulder injury after playing his first 25 holes at
9-over. Daly said on Twitter that he thinks he hurt himself in a
bunker on the first hole and played through "miserable pain."
