ELKADER, Iowa - Central Elkader senior cross country runner Kyle Wagner won his first five meets of the season. Wagner broke the Central Elkader 5k course record with a time of 16:19. Kyle just missed the podium last year at state finishing 11th.

Central Elkader is ranked third as team in class 1A.
