Keota, Iowa- Keota 6'4 Junior Casey Sieren led the Eagles to a 22-3 record, losing in the substate final to number one ranked Danville. Casey averaged 15 points and 6 rebounds a game.. Sieren set the single season block record with 71. He also owns the career blocks record. Casey is a 4-sport athlete and a 4.0 student.
