CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa- Cedar Rapids Washington sophomore Jackie Hughes finished second in the 500 freestyle at the state swim meet with a time of 5:08.97. Jackie also finished 14th in the100 breaststroke and scored all 20 of her teams points at state. Jackie competes in both cross country and swimming in the fall.
