Fisheree Fights FOP

Victor-Ninety six anglers answered the call last Saturday.
They gathered at Hansen's pond near Victor for the third annual Kyle McWilliams Fisheree. The fishing tournament is the brainchild of Dick and Deanna Hansen who live across the street from Kyle in rural Victor.
Kyle is 15 years old and suffers from the rare affliction known as F-O-P. It is a genetic disease that afflicts one in two million people. Only three Iowans are known to have it.
Kyle was fishing alongside his brothers Nick and Ryan on Saturday. Meanwhile all the anglers raised $8,650 for research to help find a cure for F-O-P.
