'Warner Way' Coming to Cedar Rapids?

CEDAR RAPIDS - Do you like the sound of Warner Road or maybe Kurt Avenue?

A campaign is on to rename a Cedar Rapids Street after now retired NFL quarterback Kurt Warner.

Local radio stations are suggesting renaming one of the streets that run by Regis Middle School. Warner went there when it was a high school.

This wouldn't be the first time a street was renamed after a famous Iowa native. In 2007, golfer Zach Johnson also had a street named in his honor.
