AMES (AP) - Iowa State basketball player Chris Colvin has been suspended, teammate L.A. Pomlee has been kicked off the team and starting center Justin Hamilton is sidelined by a concussion.

Colvin, a 6-3 freshman and the team's backup point guard, has played in all 14 game and is averaging 3.2 points. Pomlee, a 6-8 redshirt freshman, played in eight games, scoring seven points and grabbing nine rebounds.
