IOWA CITY - We revealed KCRG's Top 9 Hawkeye football plays of the season tonight. Here are plays 4-1.

#4- Sash Saves the Day: In danger of going down by 3 scores, Tyler Sash comes up with a miraculous interception, returns it 93 yards to spark the comeback against Indiana.

#3- Marvin's Miracle: With an undefeated season on the line Ricky Stanzi hit Marvin McNutt on a 7 yard slant on the final play of the game to beat Michigan State 15-13.

#2- The Double Block Party: Leading UNI 17-16 in the season opener the Panthers had a chance to upset Iowa, but the Hawkeye special teams blocked 2 straight field goal attempts to end the game.

#1- Trailing Penn State 10-5 in Happy Valley defensive end Adrian Clayborn made one of the best plays you'll ever see a player of his size make. He blocked a punt, then scooped it up and rumbled for the go ahead TD. That fueled the Hawkeyes in to the Big 10 season and tops of KCRG Plays of the year.
