UNI Volleyball Team Ready for NCAA's

CEDAR FALLS - The 20th ranked UNI volleyball team will be heading to Lincoln, NE on Friday for the first round of the NCAA tournament.
The Panthers will take on Washington St. out of the PAC 10 Friday afternoon. Should they win they will likely face 10th ranked Nebraska on Saturday.
UNI has had quite the season. After starting 2-2 they have rattled off 28 straight wins, including a perfect 18-0 in the Missouri Valley. They won the MVC tournament over the weekend to earn the automatic berth.
The furthest UNI has ever advanced in the NCAA tournament is the sweet 16, just 3 times, the most recent back in 2002. They would need to beat Wash. St. and Nebraska to get their.
