To reward Jeremy for his hard work West Liberty football coach Joe Donovan wanted to let Jeremy carry the football in a varsity game. Joe called his ole high school teamate Solon coach Kevin Miller and asked Kevin for a special favor. Could Jeremy carry the ball against the top ranked Spartans.

Jeremy ran for an 80 yard touchdown on the first play from scrimmage in the second half.
