IOWA CITY - For the past 2 years Iowa special teams player and Dubuque native Jayme Murphy has been a staple on kickoff coverage.

But after 4 concussions Murphy will no longer be on special teams kickoff coverage. There is still a chance he can help out on punt return and punt coverage, but no more the gunner on kickoffs.

Murphy has been nicknamed 'The Irish Car Bomb' for his reckless, hard hitting style. He has been named the special teams MVP the past 2 seasons.

Jayme is a Senior on scholarship and will graduate this year.
