Iowa City- Roy Marble Jr. has committed to play his college basketball at Iowa. Marble is from South field, Michigan. He is 6-5 and averaged 22 points and 9 rebounds per game last year.
He is the son of former Iowa great Roy Marble who played at Iowa in the late 1980s. Roy now lives in Cedar Rapids and is thrilled that his son chose the Hawks over Michigan, Providence and Dayton.
Junior will be a member of the 2010 recruiting class.
