Iowa City-Iowa wrestling coaches Tom and Terry Brands love the great outdoors, but have trouble this time of year finding time to get away for the wrestling room.

Last Saturday morning they joined Steve Ries and some other friends for a pheasant hunt at the Highland Hideway Hunting grounds near Riverside.

In two hours they squeezed in a lot of walking and shooting. They bagged some birds and enjoyed watching the dogs work.

By 10:30 it was back to Iowa City and wrestling practice. Like we said, when you are coaching the number one team in the country, finding time to hit the great outdoors can be difficult.
