Des Moines-Three Iowa City West athletes won titles Thursday during the first day of the coed state track meet. Taylor Freeman and Thomas Reynolds were victorious in the discus and Kevin Dibbern won the 400 meters.

Mid-Prairie's Aaron Stockstell set a 2A record in the 400 meters and Anamosa's Colten Kelly cleared 6'11" for a new high jump mark.

Competition continues Friday and Saturday.
