Solon's Morris Commits to Hawkeyes

SOLON, IA - The Iowa football team currently has 20 commitments for next years recruiting class. Over the weekend they picked up another, only this one is for the class of 2010.
According to the Press-Citizen Solon running back James Morris has verbally committed to Iowa. Morris just completed his sophomore season with the Spartans and is believed to be the earliest commitment in the Kirk Ferentz era.
The 6 foot 2 inch 200 pound Morris rushed for over 18-hundred yards and 28 touchdowns in helping lead Solon to a class 2A state title. He's projected to be a linebacker or safety at Iowa...
