Tacks on Road Damage RAGBRAI Tires

STORY COUNTY - RAGBRAI riders ran into an unexpected problem on Wednesday, literally.

There were tacks all over the road in an area between Nevada and Colo.

The riders were going from Ames to Tama-Toledo, and many just couldn't avoid the tacks.

They flattened hundreds of tires. So far, there's no word on who was responsible.
