NORTH LIBERTY, IA - For the last 9 summers the Prime Time basketball league has called North Liberty home.
As one of the most competitive summer leagues to play in the PTL has all ages. Former players often return like Hawkeyes Greg Brunner, Darryl Moore, Duez Henderson, and Jason Price. All of the current Iowa basketball players play in the league as well as UNI. Then there are plenty of high schoolers and former local college standouts who mix it up. The league was created 22 years ago by legendary Iowa Coach Dr. Tom Davis and is now ran by Randy Larson. One thing you'll notice if you go to the Rec Center in North Liberty during the summer is the crowds the game attracts.
