(STORM LAKE) - He may be trailing leading democrats in the race for President, but Delaware Senator Joe Biden is the first to pick up the endorsement of a state newspaper. On Saturday, The Storm Lake Times endorsed the Delaware Senator, saying he "has all the professional skills and, more important, the personal strength to get the job done." Biden's campaign says this is the first newspaper to endorse a candidate anywhere in the country.
