Online court records show Judge Christopher Foy on Monday set
the trial for Mark Becker on March 9 in Butler County.
Becker, of Parkersburg, is accused of threatening a Cedar Falls man and damaging his garage on June 20. Authorities say he led police on a chase. After his arrest, Becker was admitted to a Waterloo hospital for evaluation, then released June 23.
