Vote 2012: Vice President to Visit Iowa Next Week

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Vice President Joe Biden will be making a two-day campaign stop in Iowa next week. The Obama campaign said Tuesday that the vice president would be in the state Monday and Tuesday to make remarks at grassroots events.

No other details have been released. Those will likely come in the next few days.

President Barack Obama has been campaigning heavily in Iowa, one of a handful of battleground states in the 2012 election.

The vice president also has made previous stops in the state.
