Congressman Dave Loebsack is part of the bipartisan group "No Labels" which is now focusing on beginning talks to end the government shutdown. Thursday, he talked with KCRG-TV9 about the ongoing efforts to work towards a compromise in Washington, D.C. Thursday marks the tenth consecutive day of the partial government shutdown.
