Branstad Hits the Road With Weekly News Conferences

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Gov. Terry Branstad is taking some of his weekly news conferences on the road in Iowa.

Branstad says he and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds will be holding the news conference outside the Capitol in Des Moines as part of their transparency goals. The first will be on Wednesday in Storm Lake.

Other dates and cities will be announced as they're scheduled.
