The village, Zitiste, which is north of Belgrade, has unveiled a 10-foot
bronze and concrete monument featuring the gutsy fictional fighter
portrayed by Sylvester Stallone.
Locals say they wanted to change the image of their town, which
has gained a reputation for being disaster-prone after being hit by
floods and mudslides. A local official says now the town is known for something else.
