What Cheer Woman Killed in Mahaska County Crash

MAHASKA COUNTY, Iowa - A 45-year-old woman died in a crash near Oskaloosa, investigators said.
The Iowa State Patrol reported Lori Hazen, of What Cheer, died after she crossed the center line on Highway 92, and crashed into another car head-on. The crash happened Sunday.
Two others were injured in the crash. Jessica Grahek, 19, of Oskaloosa, and Georgia Parashos, 18, of Norridge, Ill., both went to the hospital with injuries.
Hazen was not wearing a seat belt.
