WATERLOO, Iowa - Four people were injured in a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Logan Ave. and Donald St. in Waterloo Tuesday evening.

Officials responded around 5:10 p.m. after a semi-truck crashed into two other vehicles. According to the Waterloo police, the driver, Jimmy Parrish, of Alabama, tried to stop at a traffic light heading south on Logan Ave. He blew his horn and passed through the intersection, colliding with a car. The car was driven by Thomas Butler of Waterloo. Butler was taken to Allen Hospital with injuries.

The third vehicle, driven by Sabrina Lee, of Waterloo collided with the semi. Lee and two children in the car were injured.
