Iowa Man Found Dead in MinnesotaThe Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier
WINONA, Minnesota - Authorities in Winona are investigating the death of a Waterloo man whose body was found Tuesday.
Officials with the Winona Police Department said they don't suspect foul play in the death of Joseph Patrick Duesenberg, 22, and are awaiting the results of toxicology tests. The results take about six to eight weeks. Duesenberg had been in Winona for about four months and was staying at a halfway house, police said. He was last week at about 8 p.m. on Monday and failed to make curfew. His body was discovered in a grassy area near an intersection in downtown Tuesday morning, police said. There were no obvious signs of trauma. Duesenberg was a 2008 Waterloo West High graduate who had attended Hawkeye Community College. |
